Served with Court Documents

I've been served with court documents

We highly recommend that you speak with a lawyer as soon as possible.  When you are served with court documents, the clock starts ticking.  If you do not respond quickly, the court process could go on without you.  Most court documents will tell you how long you have to reply, but not all of them will.

The best thing you can do for yourself is to book an appointment as soon as you get served with court documents.  Many of these documents can be alarming and difficult to understand if you don't have legal training.  All of them require that steps be taken promptly.

We have extensive experience at every level of court.  If you've been served with court papers, make an appointment so we can explain what they mean and what you need to do to take the situation under control.
